Some times a pre-workout isn't enough to get you pumped for the gym. Motivation is a very important part of keeping you on track with your goals. You should find someone that has accomplished many great things and has gone very far in their career field. There are many people in the bodybuilding world that motivate us all, such as Arnold Schwarzenegger, Dorian Yates, Frank Mcgrath, Phil Heath, Jay Cutler, Lou Ferrigno and many many others.
