There are many different supplements out there on the market. The question is which ones are necessary to take. The three basic supplements people take are 1.PROTEIN 2. CREATINE 3. PRE-WORKOUT. These three are going to be your starting point. You can add other supplements on as needed. There are many different kinds of protein out there. If you are a beginner i would recommend just taking whey protein to start off with. For creatine its really up to you. The most common type of creatine is mono-hydrate. As for a pre-workout there is two catagories 1. NON- STIMULANT 2. Stimulant. The difference between the two is that the stimulant usually has caffeine as opposed to the non-stimulant which does not.
